ABOUT ME
I am a former investment banker, having worked 20 years for major international banks. I was passionate about my job and what I liked most about it was serving my clients, who were large and medium corporations, across the EMEA region and through a wide range of sectors. I enjoyed the complexity of the deals we worked on and the opportunity they gave me to work with brilliant people, from colleagues to lawyers, bankers and others.
Despite loving my job, this did not prevent me from exhaustion, and I took the time to reflect on what was really important to me professionally, hence my decision to become a coach to help people on career related issues.
In 2018, I went back to university, getting a Master’s degree in Professional Coaching and Personal Development.
In line with the profession standards, I am committed to an ongoing personal development plan, which fulfils my love of constant learning.
Le Premier Jour means “the first day” in French and is also a lovely song from Etienne Daho. Le Premier Jour brings together the promise of a fresh start, which is something each of us can do, at any stage of one’s life.
